Monday, December 2nd  NO YOUNG ADULTS

(We meet every other week)

“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24 – 25

Welcome! We are the Young Adults Fellowship of Calvary Chapel of the Finger Lakes. Ages 18 (graduated high school) to 30.

We meet Monday nights from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm (sometimes staying later) as we worship the Lord, study His Word, pray, and have Christian fellowship. The Christian life is not one of solitude. Hebrews 10:24 starts with let us consider one another… As young adults we are constantly told to look at ourselves; put yourself first, self-reflect, self-improve, and especially: be self-sufficient. All of these miss the mark. If all we ever do is look at self, we will never consider one another. We will fail to see all that God has blessed us with and the opportunities that He has put in front of us as we bemoan our selfish estate. By ourselves, it is easy to get lost, to stray, to forget, to remain only thinking of self. That is why it is so important that we gather together; to exhort each other, to console each other, to remind each other that this world is not our home.

Jesus is coming soon. Maranatha!
